Applications for places in CM Student Dormitories must be submitted via the electronic form available on the USOSweb platform. This requirement also applies to doctoral school participants and international students.
JU CM students, including international students, may apply for a place under two modes:
The requirement to provide income information does not apply to doctoral school participants.
Criteria for granting a place in the CM Student Dormitory:
Applications without income information will be considered in a separate round – “without providing income information.”
Applications submitted in the “without providing income information” round are considered last, after applications from rounds I, II, and III. Places are granted based on availability, so submitting an application in this round does not guarantee a place.
All information regarding applying for a place in the CM Student Dormitory and the required documentation is provided by the faculty scholarship coordinators (contact).
When applying for a place in the CM Student Dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year, the deadlines specified in Annex No. 1 to Announcement No. 11 of the Vice-Rector for Collegium Medicum of May 15, 2025, must be strictly followed.
Separate application forms will be available in USOSweb for Collegium Medicum for:
After the allocation of places in CM Student Dormitories in the above rounds (i.e., by the end of September 2025), places will be granted based on availability.
Granting a second place in the CM Student Dormitory to JU CM students and doctoral candidates depends on the availability of free places at the beginning of the 2025/2026 academic year, i.e., after all rounds have been completed.
A condition for accommodation in the assigned CM dormitory place is the payment of a deposit by the student or doctoral candidate.
The deposit must be paid immediately, i.e., within 5 days from the date of place assignment, and in accordance with the deadlines specified in the Announcement.

The deadline for submitting applications for reconsideration of the decision regarding a place in the CM Student Dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year, in case of rejection, is specified in the Announcement (Annex No. 1).
If the application is rejected and the applicant is still interested in obtaining a place, you should use the appropriate function in the USOSweb system.
Rejection may result from selecting room types that are no longer available (e.g., single rooms, which are limited). If the applicant wishes to change their preferences, you should ask the faculty scholarship coordinator to return the application for correction, make the necessary changes, and then re-register and request a status change to “ready for review.” The application will be considered in the next round.
If you have any questions or doubts regarding the application process for CM Student Dormitory places, detailed information is provided by the faculty scholarship coordinators of the respective Collegium Medicum faculties (contact).
