Esteemed Students and Doctoral Candidates of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum Starting from June 3, 2025, applications for a place in the CM Student Dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year can be submitted.
Applications for places in CM Student Dormitories must be submitted via the electronic form available on the USOSweb platform. This requirement also applies to doctoral school participants and international students.
JU CM students, including international students, may apply for a place under two modes:
1. Including income information (ROUND I, II A, II B).
The requirement to provide income information does not apply to doctoral school participants.
Criteria for granting a place in the CM Student Dormitory:
- Distance from the place of residence to the university, i.e., the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum (hereinafter referred to as “JU CM”);
- Financial situation, i.e., the declared net income per family member of the JU CM student for the month preceding the month of application submission, in accordance with § 5 sections 4–7 of Annex No. 4 to the Benefits Regulations.
2. Without providing income information.
Applications without income information will be considered in a separate round – “without providing income information.”
IMPORTANT!
Applications submitted in the “without providing income information” round are considered last, after applications from rounds I, II, and III. Places are granted based on availability, so submitting an application in this round does not guarantee a place.
All information regarding applying for a place in the CM Student Dormitory and the required documentation is provided by the faculty scholarship coordinators (contact).
APPLICATION PROCESS
When applying for a place in the CM Student Dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year, the deadlines specified in Annex No. 1 to Announcement No. 11 of the Vice-Rector for Collegium Medicum of May 15, 2025, must be strictly followed.
