Pisma Rady Samorządu Studentów oraz Organizacji Studenckich

W tym przypadku jedyną właściwą ścieżką składania pism jest przesłanie skanu podpisanego pisma na adres e-mailowy dydaktyka.kariery@cm-uj.krakow.pl;

dostarczenie oryginału pisma nie jest wymagane z wyjątkiem:

• preliminarza,
• sprawozdania merytoryczno-finansowego,
• ewentualnych wniosków o dodatkowe dofinansowanie,

które należy składać do Biura Prorektora ds. Collegium Medicum;

Pisma Rady Samorządu Studentów oraz Organizacji Studenckich kierowane do Pełnomocnika Prorektora CM ds. kształcenia inną ścieżką nie będą brane pod uwagę.

By writing to this address, you can talk about „difficult and discreet” matters, which will be addressed only to the Plenipotentiary. Each message will be treated with due care and discretion.

If you require a personal meeting or anonymity, you will receive such support from the Representat! ive.

Important information for students acting as part of the student Self – Government and other student organizations

The above address is not intended for business or administrative correspondence. 

In this case, the only proper way to submit documents is to send a scan of the signed documents to the e-mail address dydaktyka.kariery@cm-uj.krakow.pl;

There is no need to submit original documents except:

• preliminary estimate,
• substantive and financial report,
• possible further applications for additional funding,

Those (mentioned above) documents need to be submitted to the Office of the Vice-Rector for Medical College;

Documents from the Student Self-Government Council and Student Organizations addressed to the Vice-Rector’s Proxy for Education by any other means will not be taken into account.
